MEET THE CHEF:
Tristin Prince
Known as Chef T-Mac around the kitchen, has been passionate about cooking since the young age of 12 years old. His journey began right at home in the south side of Chicago, with his grandmother’s guidance as he followed her around the kitchen. It wasn’t long before he was able to pick up her recipes and prepare meals on his own. After attending Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, Chef T-Mac placed his dreams of becoming a Chef on the back burner so that he could focus his energy on being a devoted husband and father of three. With the support and encouragement from his wife, Chef T-Mac stepped out on faith, tapped into his full potential and pursued his life long dream by opening T-Mac’s Kitchen, an in-home fine dining experience rooted in love, flavor and soul. Whether he is preparing meals on demand, catering events or providing an exclusive personal chef experience, Chef T-Mac is Always Cooking With Love.
